Current Bank Statements Bank Statements should be submitted (with a date of no more than three months prior to submission).

International Student Certification of Finances The purpose of this form is to allow you to demonstrate the amount you are able to contribute to your educational, personal, and travel expenses.

International students applying for need-based financial aid must also submit:

CSS Profile Students requesting need-based financial assistance are required to submit the CSS Profile and the International Student Certification of Finances at the time they apply for admission. Providence College does not accept the International Student Financial Aid Application (ISFAA). The CSS Profile should only be submitted if you are applying for need-based financial aid. Providence College is able to offer a limited amount of need-based assistance to international students, but we are unable to guarantee meeting each student’s full need. Please read more about our financial assistance policies for a greater understanding.

Notes on submitting your application:

• Always use your full legal name in all your documents and tests. This will prevent future problems, especially at the time of issuing visas.
• Provide a copy of your passport photo/biographical page, if possible.
• If you use a post office address for your mail, we ask, if possible, that you provide your home address as well. We may need to use FedEx or UPS to mail items directly to your home.
• Since we are dealing with international mail systems, it is wise that you make and save photocopies of all your documents in case the first set is lost in the mail.
• It is acceptable to scan and e-mail all forms. We will, however, only accept certain forms from your college counselor. This includes letters of recommendations, test scores, and official high school transcripts.
